Can you deliver to the Airport?

For an additional fee of 20€, we are happy to deliver your equipment to the airport, no problem!

Can you deliver to my AirBnB or Hotel in Ljubljana?

Absolutely! Simply input the address in the checkout.

Can I cancel my order for a refund?

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before your first booked day free of charge. If you cancel the day before arrival there will be a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations on the day of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I buy any of the products I've been renting?

Sure! Get in touch with us to discuss the prices.

Is there any possibility of a discount?

We’re happy to say there is! A discount for renting over a longer period of time applies – the more days booked reduces the overall cost proportionally.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

In case of any accidental damage requiring repair or loss of equipment, we will charge the manufacturer's cost of replacement or appropriate repair fee.

What is the minimum hire period/ order?

The minimum hire period is one day. The minimum order is 20€

Is the equipment safe?

Definitely, our first priority is selecting equipment that is safe for your child. 

How do you take care of cleaning?

We take care to clean and maintain our equipment upon collecting it. This includes a full cleaning of all the equipment, disinfection, and additional attention to fabrics.

How do I place an order?

Select the products or packages from our website and click order to move on to payment. We'll send you an email from there. That's all!

How can I pay?

You don’t need to create any accounts to pay - we currently accept all major credit cards through PayPal’s secure checkout, or you can pay with your PayPal balance.

My airline misplaced my luggage when I arrived, can you help me?

Absolutely – we understand that these emergency situations can happen on short notice and we are happy to do what we can to solve this for you.

When should I make an order?

In short - as soon as you have your travel planned and accommodation sorted. It's always possible to change the dates later on or cancel your order with a full refund providing there's at least 48 hours’ notice. We strive to accommodate for late notice situations wherever possible.

Can I collect the equipment myself?

We can arrange a meeting to hand things over to you, no problem. Call us and we will plan something that suits you.
